OUR PERFORMANCE PLEDGE

 

We, the officials and employees of the City Government of Santa Rosa, commit to:

Serve promptly, efficiently and with utmost courtesy by authorized personnel with proper identification, from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM without noon break;

Take action and respond to any complaint about our services, without delay through our complaint and assistance system;

Abide strictly with service standards with written explanation for any delay in our frontline services;

Respond to queries, comments and suggestions, especially those with special needs such as the differently- abled, pregnant women, children, and senior citizens;

Open access to information regarding policies, programs, activities and services;

Stand and abide by our mandate, vision and mission, and our Citizen’s Charter, and

Advocate for reforms against graft and corruption, and eliminate all forms of bureaucratic red tape.

Fill up our Feedback Form available in the offices and Mamamayan Muna Action Center, and place it inside the “Serbisyong Makatao” Drop Box at the City Hall lobby; or Send your feedback (complaints, comments and suggestions) thru our email: feedback.santarosa@gmail.com

If you are not satisfied with our service, your written and/or verbal complaints shall be promptly attended to by our Officer of the day at the:
