In recognition for her invaluable, dedicated and whole-hearted support given to Santa Rosa City Police Station in the implementation of various community development programs and anti-criminality campaign that made Santa Rosa City Police Station as “Best Police Station 2011-Nationwide.”  Given by the Police Regional Office CALABARZON on September 24, 2012.

For her excellent leadership, responsive programs and services, as well as consistent and aggressive advocacy to promote the holistic development of women and others. Given by the City Government of Santa Rosa Gender and Development Focal Team on March 8, 2012.

Her very own Hibiscus Hybrid, the Hibiscus rosa-sinensis ‘Arlene B. Arcillas’ was produced by the Institute of Plant Breeding, College of Agriculture in University of the Philippines Los Baños as part of its Women in Public Service Series. It was presented last October 10, 2011 at the D.L. Umali Lobby of UPLB. Under the said Series, 11 hybrids were named after women who devoted their time and energy to public service and possess the spirit of volunteerism to meet the needs of others before their own without material or financial rewards. The breeder is Dr. Pablito M. Magdalita.

Named the Outstanding UPLB Alumni for the Department of Biology in March 24, 2008. Mayor Arcillas obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Biology Major in Ecology from the University of the Philippines at Los Banos in 1992.

For her invaluable services and laudable contributions to the Scout Movement. Given by the National Court of Honor of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines during its 61st Annual National Council Meeting held on May 17, 2017.

For her meritorious and Outstanding Service rendered to the Boy Scoust of the Philippines. Given during the BSP 59th Annual National Council Meeting & Awarding Ceremony held in Tagum City, Davao del Norte on May 22, 2015.

Given by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines in grateful recognition of her sterling leadership & commitment in achieving the Mission of Scouting at the Local Council – 56th Annual National Council meeting. May 16, 2012.

Conferred by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines upon the recommendation of its National Court of Honor. May 25, 2011.

Given by Rotary International to individuals who have made notable contributions to the Rotary Foundation in 2014.
